One of our goals as a facility is to provide an atmosphere where are residents maintain their independence within a setting that provides for their individualized level of care. We provide a multitude of activities which engage our residents and encourage their participation in the community.
Medically Complex Care
Continental Springs is designed to care for those recovering from hospitalization. This includes those suffering from illness or injury and those in need of more complex medical care. Our interdisciplinary team works closely with the patient, their physician, and the resident's family to achieve the best possible outcomes. Upon discharge of a resident, our social services department will also coordinate community resources for home care.
